Our carefully selected team of family conference co-ordinators have a wealth of experience of working with families and young people, and a successful track record in achieving resolution.

At a family meeting our role is not to take sides or give advice, and we do not make judgements or take decisions. Our co-ordinators are independent and neutral facilitators who manage the process fairly, and help people to communicate and explore options.
