Mediation Works is committed to the highest possible standards of quality. As holders of the mediation quality mark, we are audited by the Legal Services Commission.

• Our Quality Manager ensures that organisational systems and standards meet the requirements of the Mediation Quality Mark.
• All our mediators are compentence assessed, appropriately trained, and accredited by the relevant bodies. Our Practice Managers work to ensure that standards of practice in mediation give the best possible service to clients.
• Mediation Works is a member of the Civil Mediation Council and our Chief Executive is Chair of the Practice Standards Committee of the College of Mediators, which is also part of the Family Mediation Council.
